「ForesightNews」灰度成立 Grayscale Funds Trust，提交以太坊和比特币相关 ETF 申请

「ForesightNews」ForesightNews消息，数字资产管理公司灰度投资（GrayscaleInvestments）该基金是特拉华州的法定信托结构，宣布建立信托基金GrayscaleFundstrust，支持该公司继续建立其ETF专有权。之前在美国证券交易委员会成立的灰度(SEC)GrayscaleAdvisors注册投资顾问公司将担任GrayscaleFundstrust发行的ETF投资顾问。与此同时，Grayscale还宣布，Grayscale已向美国证券交易委员会提交Grayscaleethereumfuturesetft、GrayscaleGlobitcoincompositeTF和GrayscalePrivacyETFN-1A表格注册声明，这三只基金都是GrayscaleFundstrust系列基金。
