「金色财经」据金融报道，最近，在美国SEC提起的一起诉讼中，纽约地方法院法官裁定HydrogentechnologyCorporation及其前首席执行官Michaelroskane败诉，并命令其支付280万美元的赔偿和民事罚款。此外，MichaelRoskane同意支付约26万美元的个人罚款。剩余金额由预测利息组成。去年9月，美国SEC指控Hydrogen和做市商Moonwalkers涉嫌操纵市场和发行未注册证券，利润超过200万美元。（Cointelegraph）
