He predicts that by 2025, these projects will generate over $100 million in revenue. Additionally, with numerous other DePIN projects on the Solana blockchain, 2025 is expected to be remembered as a breakthrough year for DePIN.
Earlier today, Messari analyst Dylan Bane also posted on X, stating that Messari forecasts the DePIN industry's revenue to exceed $150 million next year. As 2024 begins, the supply side of DePIN is established, but the demand side's revenue remains limited, making it challenging to validate the DePIN model. However, several protocols have generated seven to eight-figure revenues this year, indicating potential for DePIN to overcome the demand-side constraints that have hindered growth so far.
